Fire certificate applications
A Fire Safety Certificate is granted by a building control authority. It certifies that the design of the building or works would be in compliance with the requirements of part B of the Second Schedule to the Building Regulations, 1997-2008.
Disability Access Certificate Applications.
A Disability Access Certificate is a certificate of compliance issued by the Building Control Authority with respect to requirements under Part M of the Building Regulations. A disability certificate is required for new building other than dwellings (including apartment buildings). It is also required for certain other works as set out in Building Regulations Article.
